YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

Last updated 13 September 2026

This notice explains how Nordberg Leads handles personal information when you visit our website, email us, or book a discovery call. It covers these website interactions, rather than prospect data processed in client outreach campaigns.

Who is responsible?

Mats Ole Sivertsen, trading as Nordberg Leads in Norway, is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, email Mats@nordbergleads.com.

What information is involved?

You choose whether to contact us or book. Without the required contact or booking details, we may be unable to respond or arrange your meeting. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in enquiry or booking fields.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and booking information to respond, understand your business needs, arrange calls, and discuss services you have asked about. Where you request steps toward a contract with you, the legal basis is taking those steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For enquiries on behalf of a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Website delivery and security support our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. Where a legal obligation requires records to be retained or disclosed, Article 6(1)(c) applies. Optional cookies require consent where applicable; they are not necessary to send us an email.

Services used by this website

Cookies and tracking

The website's own code does not set cookies or use local storage, and does not include advertising pixels or a separate analytics script. Embedded services have their own behaviour: Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies and presents cookie controls according to your region. Its cookie banner has not been hidden in this website's configuration.

Use Calendly's cookie settings to manage its optional cookies. You can also manage stored cookies through your browser. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies when its security features require them.

Processing outside Norway and the EEA

Our providers operate internationally, so personal information may be processed outside Norway and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices and data processing terms describe their locations and transfer safeguards. Depending on the provider and processing involved, safeguards may include an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept

If a booking does not lead to a client relationship, we keep your booking details and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. This lets us refer back to our conversation if you get in touch again.

If you become a client, we keep relevant information for the duration of our relationship and afterward only as needed to meet legal record-keeping obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Other email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up. Provider-held technical records are subject to the applicable service terms and settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to Mats@nordbergleads.com. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain it.

You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, or your local supervisory authority.

Updates

We will update this notice when the website's services or information-handling practices change, and show the updated date on this page.
